I offer executive coaching for individuals and teams. My coaching methodology is grounded in Psychosynthesis. Psychosynthesis is a holistic model which addresses the whole person. It enables a person’s past to be acknowledged and referenced whilst working with them in the present to help support the realisation of their future goals and potential. I am an accredited individual coaching senior practitioner and foundational Team Coaching practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I support leaders and their teams in coaching with a range of challenges across the leadership and performance spectrum.

In individual coaching, we most commonly work on:

  • Navigating transitional phases e.g role transitions, personal transition, company transition, first time leadership roles

  • Cultivating your unique leadership style e.g. authenticity, confidence, purpose and vision

  • Building personal foundations for performance e.g. self-regulation, self-awareness, energy management

  • Enhancing effectiveness in teams e.g. influencing skills, managing challenging relationships, communication style

  • Developing systemic awareness e.g. recognising patterns in self, teams and organisations

In team coaching we most commonly work on:

  • Developing a systemic perspective on team challenges and opportunities

  • Transformation during key inflection points in the journey as a team e.g. beginnings, critical projects, declining performance, personnel changes

  • Introducing practices to develop and sustain team effectiveness over time

  • Understanding and navigating the constellations of stakeholders connected to the team and how to increase their value to them

Consulting

Working in close partnership with you, my consulting work embraces experimental and co-creative opportunities whilst leveraging my experience in business management, people leadership, sales, transformation and consulting to bring your boldest ideas into reality and find new solutions to your ever evolving people and business challenges.

Some examples of my consulting projects include:

  • Co- design, implementation, and delivery of an inaugural in-house coaching programme for all levels of a top tier Global Private Equity company

  • Co-design and delivery of a pioneering global development and coaching programme for a ‘shadow board’ of high potential leaders tasked with advising the executive team on transforming an engineering consultancy’s people strategy.

  • Team assessment, development, and on-going coaching for the founders and executive team of a global fintech and digital transformation services search firm in preparation for successful sale
