Leadership is complex and ever evolving. It is both a deeply personal expression of a person’s sense of self, through their unique skills, experiences, beliefs and vision and it is also highly dependent on a leader’s ability to work with, through and for others, to achieve success.

Leadership requires an ability to recognise and hold the tension of polarities such as:

  • A capability to work with what you can change within yourself, and to have an awareness of systemic influences and patterns which influence you and your work.

  • A focus on the here and now, whilst maintaining an eye on the medium and long term.

  • An ability to turn inward for reflection and stay outwardly attentive to input from the ever-changing stakeholder landscape around you.

My philosophy for supporting leadership development is…

adaptive, agile and person centred. It is holistic, and works at multiple levels of development. It acknowledges our world is in constant flux, and therefore so are our needs as leaders, and focuses on building the capacity, motivation and ability for change, as much as making the changes themselves.

Whichever context we work together you can expect:

  • Conversations with presence

  • Diversity of thought

  • Supportive challenge

  • Collaborative partnering

  • Empathy and care

  • Transparency and honesty

  • Space to reflect and think

  • Freedom to explore

“As a new executive leader having a coach such as Chloe was vital to help me be the positive, encouraging, and visible leader that I wanted to be but also that my employees were looking for.

Chloe’s mix of personal coaching techniques, tools and her amazing ability to listen to my challenges while helping me to troubleshoot the right solutions and approaches to take; made this the most enjoyable coaching programs I have participated in. Combined with Chloe’s very strong practical business experience this was ideal for developing my personal leadership and communication style”
